Can not add host to admin node in RHEL 7.1 Openstack Platform

Hi,
Can anyone please help regarding openstack installed on RedHat OS.

We have installed RHEL open stack platform installer on one machine. Now we are trying to deploy the open stack using another linux(host) machine.
We are facing an issue during PXE boot of the host machine. DHCP configuration is working fine but foreman discovery is getting failed
and showing following error on host machine (attached image):
