Dead RHEVM

Hi, what is the best way to recover from a dead RHEVM due to a disk failure ? (assume there is no possibility of getting anything from it and there is no backup)
The setup is a simple Hypervisor machine with an additional remote manager machine.
I tried to install a new one but I was not able to access the VMs in the Hypervisor.
Any help is appreciated.
