no access right to download Hardware Test Suite1.7.1 GA Packages

I received a notice from [Hwcert-announce-list] Red Hat Certification - Hardware Test Suite1.7.1 GA Packages Available. But still didn't this permission to access the RHEL 7 redhat-certification all packages link address (https://rhn.redhat.com/rhn/channels/PackageList.do?cid=24603) . Please help to solve the problem for me.

The new Red Hat Certification Hardware Test Suite packages (redhat-certification, redhat-certification-hardware, and
redhat-certification-information) are available only via the Red Hat Customer Portal at the following location:
