fencing cisco ucs nodes

Hello Gurus,
thanks always for your assistance. I have built a gfs2 cluster using 11 nodes using cisco ucs. I have no idea how to implement fencing on cisco usc. I have scouted the net but no good information is present.

I found this from Red hat Docs,
ccs -f cluster.conf --addfencedev ucs agent=fence_cisco_ucs ipaddr=192.168.0.1 login=root passwd=password123 \
suborg=/org-RHEL/org-Fence

Question is , where do I get these finformation from: ipaddr=192.168.0.1 login=root passwd=password123 \
suborg=/org-RHEL/org-Fence

I will appreciate any help with this.
