Adding a NFR subscription to a registered NFR system

Hi, as a business partner we have NFR subscriptions available for RHEL. I have successfully installed RHEL 7.1 and registered 5 systems for our demo lab. I now wish to add Openstack as this will be an Openstack demo system. Via the partner portal I applied for Openstack NFR subscriptions last week. According to the partner portal this has been approved yet commands such as subscription-manager list --available --all or attach --auto etc don't show the Openstack subscription being available. Interestingly I can log into the partner portal and the customer portal with the same credentials and get a different list of subscriptions. The local partner support team don't seem to be able to help.
