JBoss Application Server Discovery Error - Cloud Control 12c

I'm trying to discover my JBoss AS 6.x with Cloud Control, using the IP Address, JMX port, and the agent in the server, and i get an error on the CC12c
Finding Targets - Failed.
No JBoss Server was found with the specified details. Please check the input details entered.
