  • Redundant boot paths for SAN luns and initiatorname.iscsi

We're running RH 6.4 iscsi boot on CISCO UCS blades using HP 4330 san storage.

Currently we define redundant boot paths for the boot lun however there is a problem with additional storage luns that also get mounted at boot time.
From what i can tell its due to the initiatorname.iscsi . it only defines one initiator name InitiatorName=iqn.2013-04.com.cisco:usc4.
Can we have multiple variables in it to define an alternate boot path eg: InitiatorName=iqn.2013-04.com.cisco:usc4b ?

We define 2 separate vnics on the cisco fab interconnect - eg. one using 10.128.0.20 the other 10.128.0.40.

On the SAN we create 2 servers S1 and S2 both using the same storage volumes but each having a different iqn. eg. ...usc4 the other ....usc4b.
