fence_xvm since RedHat 6

Hi,
Since removing fence_xvm/fence_virt from a cluster this fencing method is unusable in a case of of physical host failure.
In RedHat 5 fence_xvmd could respond correctly for fencing requests concerning virtual machines dead with physical host housing them.
In RedHat 6 and probably in RedHat 7 it is impossible. Guest cluster hangs.
