Dettach LUN Storage - State (with Symbol !

Hello Guys

I have the following issue with iSCSI Storage. The enviroment is RHEV 3.4 - Storage Equallogic.

Every time you pull a LUN appears with the symbol !

My storage is iSCSI, and RHEV-M placed in mantencion the volume, then pressed Detach and from the Storage delete the LUN.

All LUNs that have made the process detach in RHEV-M appears with the state out above..
