Red Hat Cluster for two Databases running on the same setup

I'm trying to configure Red Hat a cluster for a system where two servers are running two database instances, so I simply need to make the cluster control and failover both instances and failover them from one node to the other one in case of node failure.

The cluster is failing over only one resource, can any body advise please.
