Failing to Create Guest server in Virtual Machine Manager

I am having problem creating a guest server using the Virt-Manager in Rhel 6.5. Once I select the image by using "Import existing disk image" button, the whole Virtual Machine Manager along with the "Create a New Virtual Machine" window disappears (attached). I am using from the X-win32 GUI windows. It worked before. I have even copied from a good image (shutting off the image) and tried to create/open another system. I changed the ownership from root:root to qemu:qemu and protection to 755. Anyone can help me on this? NazHusain
