Can not Enabling Red Hat Repositories

I have done a successfully configuration for Satellite 6. This time, I can not enable any Red Hat Repositories from list. After I checked checkbox for any one like Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 Server - RH Common RPMs x86_64 6.5 ; it will rotate but every success and stop.

I am sure my manifest file is uploaded fine.

Is there any solution for this problem?
