Struggling to set up a Samba share using Webmin

I'm really struggling to set up a Samba share using webmin. I've followed loads of different guides. The server does not appear on my list of servers. I can connect to it through connect to server on my mac and entering the ip address, but when I log in, it just shakes as if I've got the wrong username and password.
