create vm on rhevm 3.4

i want to import iso file on nfs storage... i already created nfs storage path (/exports/iso) and upload my iso file to that path.... but why i cannot access iso file when i want to create vm... it just blank...

and why i cannot open console vm.. when i click console there are download vv file... like image i put below.. how i can open console....

please help me
