SELinux and Samba nmbd CVE-2014-3560

Can someone from Red Hat confirm if SELinux running in targeted mode protects against this issue?

It seems like the perfect candidate for SELinux mitigation, but I am unable to replicate the exploit so can't confirm if SELinux protects against it or not.
