Systems hang due to leap-second livelock.
Issue
- Systems repeatedly crash due to NMI Watchdog detecting a hang. There are two similar backtraces that appear to be related to this issue.
- The first backtrace appears to be in
ktime_get. - The second backtrace appears to be in
getnstimeofday.
