Custom Metrics Autoscaler Operator for Red Hat OpenShift is now Generally Available for use on OpenShift clusters

Description

The Custom Metrics Autoscaler Operator for Red Hat OpenShift is an optional
operator based upon Kubernetes Event Driven Autoscaler (KEDA) which allows
workloads to be scaled via additional metrics sources (beyond pod metrics).

This release is the first release of Custom Metrics Autoscaler.

Solution

Prior to installing this version of Custom Metrics Autoscaler, remove any previously-installed technology preview versions or the community-supported version of KEDA.
