Updated openvswitch2.11 packages that fix several bugs and add two enhancements are now available in the Fast Datapath channel of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.

Description

Open vSwitch provides standard network bridging functions and support for the OpenFlow protocol for remote per-flow control of traffic.

This update fixes the following bugs:

• vs-vswitchd crashed while "--no-wait set Open_vSwitch . other_config:dpdk-init=true" (BZ#1645523)
• Openvswich process is not restarted after a kill command, in 20% of the times. (BZ#1684477)
• High CPU in ovs-vswitchd on qrouter migration or service restart (BZ#1692812)

In addition, this update adds the following enhancements:

• OVS 2.11 auto-rebalance (BZ#1671832)
• Allow configurable logging levels during startup of openvswich. (BZ#1687775)

Users of openvswitch2.11 are advised to upgrade to these updated packages, which fix these bugs and add these enhancements.

Solution
