Updated documentation and context-sensitive help (rhevm-doc) for RHV 4.1.8

Description

This package contains the Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization product documentation in both HTML and PDF formats. Once installed, the documentation is available from the Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization
Manager landing page.

Users of the Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Manager are advised to upgrade to this updated package, which provides updated documentation.

Changes to the rhevm-doc component:

• In this release, two new guides have been added to the documentation package, the Disaster Recovery Guide and the Ruby SDK Guide. (BZ#1513796)

relevant to your system have been applied.
