An updated container-storage-setup package that adds one enhancement is now available for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.

Description

The container-storage-setup package provides a service and a utility for setting up storage for Docker and other container systems. The package name and the name of the utility were previously "docker-storage-setup".

This update adds these enhancements:

• Previously, partition management was done by the parted utility only if it was available, otherwise the system fell back to sfdisk. With this update, parted is a dependency of container-storage-setup and is used at all times. (BZ#1416928)

Users of container-storage-setup are advised to upgrade to this updated package, which adds this enhancement.

Solution

relevant to your system have been applied.
