Topic
Updated rhel-system-roles packages that add two enhancements and fixes several bugs are now available for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 Extras.
Description
The rhel-system-roles package provides a collection of interfaces serving as a stable API for the management of the RHEL operating system across major releases. It is implemented using Ansible.
This update adds two enhancements:
- The network role in the rhel-system-roles package has been updated to a newer upstream version, adding support for InfiniBand. (BZ#1470712)
- The prefix of all roles has been changed to be compatible with Ansible Galaxy. (BZ#1477220)
It also fixes several bugs:
- The network role - state:absent followed by state:up only worked part of time. (BZ#1478910)
- The SELinux role failed to set SElinux mode when disabled. (BZ#1479546)
Users of rhel-system-roles are advised to upgrade to these updated packages, which add these enhancements and fix these bugs.
