Updated riemann-c-client packages that fix several bugs and add various enhancements are now available.

Description

The riemann-c-client packages provides a C client library for the Riemann monitoring system, which provides a convenient and simple API; high test coverage; a copyleft license; and API and ABI stability.

Before applying this update, make sure all previously released errata
relevant to your system have been applied.
