New rh-scala210 packages are now available as a part of Red Hat Software Collections 2.4 for Red Hat Enterprise Linux.

Description

Scala is a general purpose programming language, designed to express common programming patterns in a concise, elegant, and type-safe way. It integrates features of object-oriented and functional languages. It is also fully interoperable with Java.

This enhancement update adds the rh-scala210 packages to Red Hat Software Collections. Note that the rh-scala210 Software Collection is available only for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7. (BZ#1401047)

All users who require rh-scala210 are advised to install these new packages.

Solution

Before applying this update, make sure all previously released errata
relevant to your system have been applied.
