Updated apache-commons-jexl packages that fix several bugs and add various enhancements are now available.

Description

The apache-commons-jexl package is a library intended to facilitate the implementation of dynamic and scripting features in applications and frameworks written in Java and is an implementation of the JSTL Expression Language with extensions.
