RHEA-2017:0149 - Product Enhancement Advisory
Synopsis
rhgs-server-docker bug fix and enhancement update
Type/Severity
Product Enhancement Advisory
Topic
Updated Red Hat Gluster Storage 3 container docker image is now available
in the Red Hat Container Registry.
Description
The Container-Native Storage solution enables running containerized Red Hat Gluster Storage inside OpenShift providing reliable storage services from containers.
This solution provides a unified deployment workflow for both compute and storage services to be deployed using containers enabling system administrators to provision storage inside an OpenShift cluster eliminating the need for an external storage cluster or an appliance.
The new rhgs-server container docker image is based on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.3 and Red Hat Gluster Storage 3.1.3. (BZ# 1396894)
All users of Red Hat Gluster Storage container image are advised
to pull this updated image from the Red Hat Container Registry.
