Updated devtoolset-4-dyninst packages that fix several bugs and add various enhancements are now available for Red Hat Developer Toolset 4.1.

Description

Dyninst is an Application Programming Interface (API) that permits the insertion of code into a running program, as well as changing or removing subroutine calls from application programs. Runtime code changes are useful for a variety of uses, including debugging, performance monitoring, and composing applications out of existing packages. The goal of Dyninst is to provide a machine-independent interface to permit the creation of tools and applications that use runtime code patching. The devtoolset-4-dyninst packages provide the Red Hat Developer Toolset version of Dyninst.

The devtoolset-4-dyninst packages have been upgraded to upstream version 9.1.0, which provides a number of bug fixes and enhancements over the previous version. (BZ#1290469)

Users of devtoolset-4-dyninst are advised to upgrade to these updated packages, which fix these bugs and add these enhancements.
