Updated python-mock packages that fix several bugs and add various enhancements are now available.

Description

The python-mock package is is a Python module that provides a core mock class. It removes the need to create a host of stubs throughout your test suite. After performing an action, you can make assertions about which methods / attributes were used and arguments they were called with. You can also specify return values and set needed attributes in the normal way.

Changes to the python-mock component:

  • This update rebases these package(s) to version 1.0.1 and provides feature parity with unittest.mock in Python 3.3 and several bug fixes. A full list of the changes is available here: http://www.voidspace.org.uk/python/mock/changelog.html#version-1-0-1 (BZ#1212456)

Solution

Before applying this update, make sure all previously released errata
relevant to your system have been applied.
