Topic
A new python-blinker package is now available for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.

temporary connected signal receivers.
This enhancement update adds the python-blinker package to Red Hat Enterprise
Linux 7. (BZ#1101614)
All users who require python-blinker are advised to install this new package.
