An updated spacewalk-remote-utils package that adds a new channel definition is
now available for Red Hat Network Tools.

Description

Red Hat Network Tools provide programs and libraries that allow your system to
use provisioning, monitoring, and configuration management capabilities provided
by Red Hat Network and Red Hat Network Satellite. The spacewalk-remote-utils
package contains the spacewalk-create-channel utility that can be used to create
channels with a package set for a particular release.

This update fixes the following bug:

• Previously, the spacewalk-create-channel utility was missing definition files

for the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.8 channel. With this update, these definition
files have been added to the package. (BZ#796077)

All users of Red Hat Network Tools are advised to upgrade to this updated
package, which fixes this bug.

Solution

Before applying this update, make sure all previously-released errata
relevant to your system have been applied.
