An enhanced vino package is now available.

Description

Vino is a VNC server for GNOME. It allows remote users to connect to a
running GNOME session using VNC.

This updated vino package adds the following enhancement:

  • in the previous vino package, there were no visual indicators when

someone was connected to your desktop. In this updated package, a status
icon appears whenever someone is connected. (BZ#426256)

Users of vino are advised to upgrade to this updated package, which adds
this enhancement.

Solution

Before applying this update, make sure that all previously-released
errata relevant to your system have been applied.
