Red Hat Offline Knowledge Portal bug fix, new features, and content update

Description

This Red Hat Offline Knowledge Portal release adds a new Solr based vector database of public content for RAG. It also fixes a bug where the container failed to start on some systems where IPV6 was disabled. It also updates all content as of April 9, 2026, and adds the various RHEL related blogs pulled from www.redhat.com see linked Jiras.

Solution

The container image provided by this update can be downloaded from the Red Hat container registry at registry.redhat.io using the "podman pull" command. A satellite subscription is required to download and use this product.
