Red Hat build of MicroShift 4.18, image mode for RHEL

Description

Red Hat build of MicroShift is Red Hat's light-weight Kubernetes orchestration solution designed for edge device deployments and is built from Red Hat OpenShift. This microshift-bootc image can be used to boot and install MicroShift using image mode for Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL). It can also be used as a base layer for customized solutions with MicroShift. For example, by layering applications and configurations on top of the base microshift-bootc image during image building.
