An update for fwupd-efi is now available for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10.

Description

fwupd is a project to allow updating device firmware, and this package provides the EFI binary that is used for updating using UpdateCapsule.

Bug Fix(es) and Enhancement(s):

  • [DELL 10.2 BUG] GR-PTL, GRD-GPT16, RNG-PTL, Hanoi-P, RHEL,10.2, GA Image, SUT shows ?Verification failed: (0x1A) Security Violation? while doing BIOS upgrade/downgrade using fwupd with Secure Boot enabled. (JIRA:RHEL-177782)
