An update for shim is now available for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.
Description
The shim package contains a first-stage UEFI boot loader that handles chaining to a trusted full boot loader under secure boot environments.
Bug Fix(es) and Enhancement(s):
- shim 8_10 release needs to be bumped to match 8_9 to fix broken update path (JIRA:RHEL-113358)
- Leapp IPU 8.10>9.7 fails due to an invalid signature for the kernel (JIRA:RHEL-126741)
