• Inhibited upgrade because of Intel i5-1250PE CPU (JIRA:RHEL-53801)
• Traceback in target_userspace_creator (JIRA:RHEL-77945)
• Leapp upgrade from RHEL 8.10 to RHEL 9.x fails when Valgrind packages are installed (JIRA:RHEL-84978)
• Leapp module.py library does not read the DNF config (JIRA:RHEL-39095)
