Native builder image containers are updated to version 23.1 for Red Hat build of Quarkus.
描述
The Quarkus native builder image container based on GraalVM for JDK 21
community code is updated. This includes an OpenJDK update to version 21.0.9 and the corresponding upstream Mandrel 23.1.9.0-Final release.
This update also fixes RHSA-2025:17715 and RHSA-2025:18286 from the base image.
