An update for os-prober is now available for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9.
Description
The os-prober package detects all operating systems available on the machine and returns the results in a generic machine-readable format. Support for the new operating systems and Linux distributions can be added.
Bug Fix(es):
- linux-boot-prober prints warnings then hangs if root fs snapshot present (via grub2-mkconfig) [rhel-9] (JIRA:RHEL-41244)
- os-prober generates broken snippets for alternate root file systems (JIRA:RHEL-44705)
