An update for openvswitch2.17 is now available in Fast Datapath for Red Hat
Enterprise Linux 9.

Description

Open vSwitch provides standard network bridging functions and support for
the OpenFlow protocol for remote per-flow control of traffic.

Bug Fix(es) and Enhancement(s):

• [22.K RHEL-9] Fast Datapath Release (BZ#2138813)
• [RFE] Add user MTU config option to increase mempool sharing (BZ#2079891)
• Replace deprecated OpenSSL APIs with supported ones in OVS public (BZ#2097455)
• Potential crash in ovn-controller when handling deleted port bindings public (BZ#2132964)

Solution

Before applying this update, make sure all previously released errata
relevant to your system have been applied.
