An update for openvswitch2.17 is now available in Fast Datapath for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.

Description

Open vSwitch provides standard network bridging functions and support for the OpenFlow protocol for remote per-flow control of traffic.

Bug Fix(es) and Enhancement(s):

• Kernel patch "net: openvswitch: IPv6: Add IPv6 extension header support" breaks OVS. (BZ#2089331)
• ovsdb-server: raft: Transaction double commit on leadership transfer (BZ#2090739)
• IPv6 related datapath flows are evicted and re-added by revalidator threads (BZ#2094566)
• ovn binaries crashes with Illegal instruction (core dumped) on certain CPU models (BZ#2100393)
• [22.G RHEL-8] Fast Datapath Release (BZ#2114503)
