Updated RHEL-8 based Middleware container images are now available.

Description

The RHEL-8 based OpenJDK container images have been updated to include the
April 2022 update of OpenJDK 8, 11 and 17.

This update collects several other bug fixes and improvements. For details, see the links under References.

Solution

You can now download the RHEL-8 based Middleware Containers container images provided by this update from the Red Hat Container Registry, registry.access.redhat.com. Installation instructions for your platform are available at the Red Hat Container Catalog (see the References section).

Docker files and scripts should be amended to refer to this new image, specifically, or the latest image, generally.
