Updated Submariner 0.11.2 packages that fix various bugs and add various enhancements that are now available for Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management for Kubernetes version 2.4

Description

Submariner enables direct networking between pods and services on different Kubernetes clusters that are either on-premises or in the cloud.

This advisory contains bug fixes and enhancements to the Submariner container images and the subctl container image.

Bug fixes:

• Invalid GlobalnetCidrRange during subctl deploy-broker (BZ# 2041948)
• Got panic Error while trying to execute the command subctl gather (BZ# 2041958)
• Exporting multiple headless services with Globalnet does not work (BZ# 2041961)
• Submariner 0.11.1 pulls version 0.11.0 (BZ# 2046434)
