An update for redhat-support-lib-python is now available for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.2 Extended Update Support.

Description

The redhat-support-lib-python package contains the Red Hat Support Software Development Library. Red Hat customers can use the library to easily integrate their help desk solutions, IT infrastructure, and others with the services provided by the Red Hat Customer Portal. The library provided by this package is an abstraction layer that simplifies interactions with the Red Hat Customer Portal.

Bug Fix(es) and Enhancement(s):

• Add support to upload to and download from S3 (BZ#2028538)
• Add support to upload to and download from S3 (BZ#2028541)
• Add support for handling JSON response from API's (BZ#2028544)
• RHST should use new Red Hat Secure FTP instead of dropbox for attachments (BZ#2028548)
• Add support for handling JSON response from API's (BZ#2028551)
• RHST should use new Red Hat Secure FTP instead of dropbox for attachments (BZ#2028554)

Solution
