An update for nmstate is now available for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.

Description

Nmstate is a library with an accompanying command line tool that manages host
networking settings in a declarative manner.

Bug Fix(es) and Enhancement(s):

• Cannot configure IP on an ovs interface which has the same name with ovs bridge (BZ#1979220)
• libnmstate expects VF to be named differently to its actual name. (BZ#1979515)
• [OVS] Adding route rules to interface fails with error (BZ#1979943)
• Verification fails with next hop address 0.0.0.0 (BZ#1986285)

Solution

Before applying this update, make sure all previously released errata
relevant to your system have been applied.
