An update for subscription-manager is now available for Red Hat Enterprise
Linux 7.

Description

The subscription-manager packages provide programs and libraries to allow
users to manage subscriptions and yum repositories from the Red Hat
entitlement platform.

Bug Fix(es) and Enhancement(s):

• When user tries to auto-attach on a system(registered to org that has

'Content Access Mode' is set to 'Simple Content Access') throw appropriate
message (BZ#1826300)

• False positive log "rhsmd process exceeded runtime and was killed." due

to mistake in cronjob (BZ#1850919)

• Customers are getting intermittent errors " Server error attempting a PUT

to /subscription/consumers/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/profiles returned status 502"
while registering servers to customer portal (BZ#1868936)

• subscription-manager failing with IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or

directory: '/proc/<pid>/status' (BZ#1890080)

Solution

Before applying this update, make sure all previously released errata
relevant to your system have been applied.
