A new rhel8/podman container image is now available in the Red Hat Container Registry.

Description

The rhel8/podman image provides the podman tool, which manages pods, container images, and containers. It is part of the libpod library, which is for applications that use container pods.

This update adds the rhel8/podman container image to the Red Hat Container Registry.

To pull this container image, run the following command as root:
podman pull registry.redhat.io/rhel8/podman
