Topic

An update for ovn2.13 is now available in Fast Datapath for Red Hat
Enterprise Linux 7.

Description

OVN, the Open Virtual Network, is a system to support virtual network
abstraction. OVN complements the existing capabilities of OVS to add
native support for virtual network abstractions, such as virtual L2 and L3
overlays and security groups.

Bug Fix(es) and Enhancement(s):

  • [RFE][OVN] OVN DHCP Server ignores DHCPINFORM messages from client (BZ#1801258)
  • [OVN SCALE][ovn-controller] Add incremental processing for Port_Binding, OVS interface ovsdb table changes in runtime data and flow output engine nodes (BZ#1805630)
  • RFE: support packet marking for packets with logical router policies applied. (BZ#1828933)
  • [ovn 20.E]selection_fields for udp and sctp case doesn't work correctly (BZ#1846189)
  • [OSP16.1][OVN][MTU] IPv6 traffic ignores logical switch external_ids neutron:mtu and logical router port gateway_mtu settings (BZ#1846300)
  • [ovn] Considerable amount of SB transactions with 'registering chassis' observed (BZ#1850511)
  • ovn-controller is not programming the flows properly when ovn-monitor-all is set (BZ#1857537)
  • the connection to load balancer VIP breaks when ACL is added (BZ#1858191)
  • ra is not sent even send_periodic is true when add and configure lr after set up two chassis (BZ#1860053)
  • Traffic is broken between to lports in the same chassis if the second lport VIF is deleted and added again. (BZ#1861042)
  • ovn-controller is not releasing a logical port if the ovs interface ofport is -1 (BZ#1861298)
