An update for openvswitch2.13 is now available in the Fast Datapath channel of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.

Description

Open vSwitch provides standard network bridging functions and support for
the OpenFlow protocol for remote per-flow control of traffic.

Bug Fix(es) and Enhancement(s):

  • OCP IPv6 - Packets dropped on upcall from kernel after SNAT - Failed to acquire udpif_key corresponding to unexpected flow (BZ#1775160)
  • [RFE]OVS-DPDK traffic shaping and QoS with min bandwidth (BZ#1796497)
  • packed=on: boot qemu with vhost-user and vIOMMU over OpenvSwitch, starting testpmd in guest will cause ovs crash (BZ#1812620)
