Description

The ovirt-hosted-engine-setup package provides a self-hosted engine tool for the Red Hat Virtualization Manager. A self-hosted engine is a virtualized environment in which the Manager runs on a virtual machine on the hosts managed by the Manager.

VDSM is a management module that serves as a Red Hat Virtualization Manager agent on Red Hat Virtualization Hosts (RHVH) or Red Hat Enterprise Linux hosts.

Changes to the VDSM component:

• Before this update, when migrating a virtual machine, information about the running guest agent wasn't always passed to the destination host, resulting in an after_migration life cycle event not being sent to the virtual machine on the destination host. This update fixes the issue, and the after_migration notification should work as expected. (BZ#1795726)

Before applying this update, make sure all previously released errata
relevant to your system have been applied.
