Topic

An updated sos package that fixes three bugs is now available for Red Hat
Enterprise Linux 7.

Description

The sos package contains a set of utilities that gather information from system hardware, logs, and configuration files. The information can then be used for diagnostic purposes and debugging.

This update fixes the following bugs:

• Add gluster deployment and cleanup log into sos report using cockpit during hyperconverged setup (BZ#1751576)
• vdsm plugin in sos for 7.7 does not capture '/rhev/data-center' information (BZ#1751577)
• [sos] Fix OVN plugins and add support for containerized environments (BZ#1751578)

Users of sos are advised to upgrade to this updated package, which fixes these
bugs.

Solution

Before applying this update, make sure all previously released errata
relevant to your system have been applied.
