Updated rear packages that fix two bugs are now available for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.
Description
Relax-and-Recover is a recovery and system migration utility. The utility produces a bootable image and restores from backup using this image. It allows to restore to different hardware and can therefore be also used as a migration utility.
This update fixes the following bugs:
- Recovery may fail when recovering a system in Migration Mode or when thin pools are used. (BZ#1734707)
- Cannot restore using the Bacula method due to "bconsole" not showing its prompt. (BZ#1737791)
Users of rear are advised to upgrade to these updated packages, which fix these bugs.
Solution
Before applying this update, make sure all previously released errata
relevant to your system have been applied.
